Preparation process

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water to cool it completely.

  2. Cut the chicken breast into cubes. If desired, peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves or quarters. Slice the olives into rounds. Cut the mozzarella balls in halves or quarters. Chop the sweet peppers. Slice the spring onion into rounds.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the salad dressing to create a creamy dressing. Taste and adjust as needed.

  4. In a large salad bowl, combine the pasta, chicken breast, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, sweet peppers, spring onion, and basil leaves. Drizzle with the dressing and gently toss.
