Preparation process
-
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
-
Yogurt dough: In a bowl, mix the two flours, baking powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and mix first with a spoon or fork. Then, if the dough is too sticky, gradually add a little flour, just a teaspoon at a time, and quickly knead it into a dough. Place the dough ball onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and shape it into a circle with your fingers.
-
Tomato sauce: In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the tomato sauce.
-
Brussels sprouts: Wash and slice (or grate) the Brussels sprouts into thin slices. Drizzle a tablespoon of oil into a pan and heat it. Add the sliced Brussels sprouts, then add the red onion slices and the rest of the ingredients for the Brussels sprouts. Stir and fry for about 5 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts soften and slightly color.
-
Pizza: Spread the tomato sauce over the rolled-out dough. Place the mozzarella cheese slices on top, then sprinkle with two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Tear the chicken cevapcici and distribute them over the cheese.
-
Baking: Carefully place the baking tray into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until the dough is cooked, the mozzarella melts nicely, and the chicken cevapcici are well browned.
-
Garnish: Once the pizza is baked, spread the sautéed Brussels sprouts over it and garnish with thyme and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Drizzle sour cream on top and serve immediately.
